- Ordering
- Customers have the opportunity to use this website to place orders. If it is your first time ordering, your contact information will be collected and stored and a user account will be created for you. EasySoft will communicate information about the status of your order using the account information in your profile. Future ordering will be faster if you first login to your account. For example you can view old orders and Re-Order a prior transaction. The check-out process will also be expedited based on your saved ship-to address.
- Updating Account Information
- Customers can access their account and change their setttings online at anytime. If you forget your password credentials, they may be reset using the forgot password link on the sign-in page.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The price of a product shall be as stated on the Website at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.
- Viewing Orders
- You can easily check the status of your order anytime day or night by clicking on the My Account link at the top of this website. Log in to your account using the e-mail address and password you provided when you placed your order. From here, you can check the status of a current order, receive tracking information, and view your order history.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We work hard to get your online orders out to you as quickly as possible. When an order is placed by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time and the item is In-Stock, customers can expect shipment to happen that day. In general orders are shipped (fulfillment time) within 1 to 2 business days. If the item is not in stock or is otherwise delayed, the customer will receive notification via an updated order acknowledgement email. Since the Contractor Service products are custom-printed, we can only extend this same policy to the pre-printed RFID tags. Other pre-printed service orders will respond with an expected delivery date in the order acknowledgement - usually no more than 3 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping fees which are provided during check-out. All shipping is via UPS in order to ensure tracking and proof-of-delivery. EasySoft offers UPS Ground (generally 3-5 business days), 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® shipping options. Customers may elect to have us ship freight collect by providing their UPS account during the check-out process.

- Returns & Replacements
- Products purchased from EasySoft Corporation are returnable under the following conditions: 1) The individual product package seal has not been broken. 2) The products are returned within 30 days of purchase. 3) A 20% restocking fee will be charged. 4) A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is obtained by calling 877-765-5511. Software purchased over the Internet is not returnable.
