Printronix branded wide spectrum wax ribbon roll. Use in conjunction with Printronix SL5000r printers.
The Printronix wide-spectrum wax ribbon is economical and used when durability is not an issue. They are best used for general purpose, shipping, and warehousing labels and other general label applications.
These labels can be used to print on paper stock for Mil-Std-129 unit pack, intermediate, exterior, and MSL labels. This ribbon also prints on paper stock for passive RFID tag printing.
8300 Wide spectrum wax ribbon designed for high-volume and compliance label printing applications where per label print costs are critical. T5000r and SL5000r printers use extra long 625-meter (2,051-foot) length ribbons, longest in the industry for fewer changes, as well as standard 450-meter (1,476-foot) length. This ribbon is the 2,051-foot length ribbon.
Optimizes Print Head Life - Ribbons are specially back coated to provide maximum transfer of energy and extend the life of the Printronix T5000r and SL5000r print heads up to 4 times the industry standard.
Convenient Packaging - Packaged six (6) per box, each ribbon is shrink wrapped for maximum functional life.
